His vision is to encourage/teach children to recognise the power of their mind and independent thought backed by definiteness of purpose.

Apostle Kenny Phiri

Apostle Kenny Phiri is an accredited Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW) professional with vast experience gained working with children and youths, disability and mental health sectors. Besides a degree in social work, Kenny has a Diploma in Community Services and a Diploma in Biblical Studies and Christian Leadership. Currently pursuing a Master of Mental Health Practice.
He is a president and founder of Touch of Grace City Fellowship Church, and Co-founder of African Language Academy Australia (ALAA). He is an author, facilitator of Nyanja Language classes, and sought-after conference speaker who specialises in Christian teachings, and pre-marital and marital counselling. Currently pursuing a Masters of Mental Health with Griffith University.

Davies is ALAA Co-founder and Human Resources & Industrial Relations Specialist with over 20 years management experience. A professional member and Mentor with Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree & Masters of Business Administration (Executive) from Notre Dame university, Australia.
2002 February: Davies came to Australia as an international student for further studies after working 12 years in management roles in hospitality industry in Zambia. Upon graduating he settled in Australia, worked in various management roles, which included: Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager and Human Resources Manager before 2014.
2014 Feb: He established – Engineered For Success HR Pty Ltd, a business that offers Human Resources & Industrial Relations Consultancy services.
Davies has published two books: Engineered For Success (2011) and Who Cares? I will do it anyway (2017). He is working on his third book entitled: Human Resources Management: Innovations & Case Studies.
Davies is a Human Resources & Industrial Relations Specialist. A professional member and Mentor with Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).
He holds a BCom degree & MBA (Executive) from Notre Dame university.
