Dedicated Team Of Co-Founders
African Language Academy Australia is dedicated to teaching and preserving languages, aligning with ALAA’s mission to: Teach and coach the next generation to achieve their personal best in speaking their mother tongue, affirming their true identity and contributing to a better world. Therefore, the African Language Academy team places high value on teaching African languages and promoting cultural and linguistic awareness. To obtain accurate details about their values, ethos, or mission, you can refer to their official resources, directly contact them, or read their bios by hovering over or tapping on their images.
To address this issue, we developed an African Language Academy to teach African languages online using Zoom conferencing software. Founded by seven Zambians living in Australia, African Language Academy Australia (ALAA) aims to preserve and promote our African languages and culture.
Today, we continue to teach our native languages and have expanded our offerings to include more languages.
In August 2022, we introduced fee-based Language sessions and successfully graduated students in Shona, Ichibemba, and Chinyanja. This success inspired us to expand our services to include additional activities such as advanced language sessions, music and dance, and sharing of proverbs by African authors.
